Hemp have announced the Tsuzureko 25.

No.
For probably less than 1/2 the price, you can get just as much linear displacement if not more, at 1/2 the weight. No need to email for graphs either.

The baffled Fs may be lower, but who cares, a dipole is not much use below 30hz anyhow.
