Depends on what you look for. Try Linn or Naim and they will show up. I'm sure other brands will show up too!!

All it takes is someone interested in writing a page.  It doesn't necessarily have to be the manufacturer.

In fact, I think Wikipedia doesn't allow companies to create their own entries - to prevent people from using it for advertising.  If you want to see some high-end names in there, create the entries yourself.
