RIP Miriam Makeba

She died yesterday and no one here on AC noticed.  That means she lives on AC.  She was a great singer and even better a person.  :thumb:

I got an e-mail from Wes Bender yesterday saying the same. I guess he didn't post it here though.

I'm sorry, I don't know her music, but apparently she's been around for a while and is very well respected. I'll have to check it out.

Recommendations?

I don't know if you have to register or not but I can listen to practically any song (all of it) by any one through lala.com.
