Dedicated breaker for 6-outlet circuit....
« on: 19 Jan 2007, 02:37 am »
I am looking for design thoughts/comments/suggestions for the following...I am converting 2 duplex receptacles which are currently on the same breaker to 2-3gang duplexes...Each of these 3 gang 20A duplexes will have its' own breaker...In other words, there will be 6 sockets together for 1 breaker and another 6 sockets together on another breaker...Each circuit will have "home run" unbroken continuous wiring from the breaker to the receptacle (no junction boxes).....The maximum size wire I can connect to any of these duplexes is #10....Any suggestions on maximum 120V breaker size that I can use and how I can get the maximum amount of power availability to each of these dedicated 3-gang duplexes?
