Hi,

Please could anyone tell me if the mains voltage on the Carver ZR series amps is easily switchable between US and UK 120/240.

I believe the ZRs are easily switchable between 115vac and 230vac. There are 2 connectors, marked  P103 and P104. The connector that leads to the transformer are plugged into p103 for 115v operation and into P104 for 230v operation. P103 is wired to put the dual primaries of the transformer in parallel for 115vac operation whereas P104 puts them in series for 230vac operation.

Would someone who actually has a ZR please verify the existance of these connectors, as I'm going from old notes?

I have managed to find a schematic for the ZR series and it clearly shows the P103 (115vac) and P104 (230vac) connectors.
