I have heard their first album on CD but what about the rest?  Any live recordings worth purchasing?  Live Bootleg?

Get your self some Cd copy software, Nero or Exactcopy.
Buy some Memorex Black cd-rs and copy at the slowest speed you can. 4x
You can even do "generational" copies to get the max out of your Aerosmith Cds!
You'll get a very hearable improvement.
Have fun!

I think he's asking for a review of the sound/music quality of different Aerosmith albums, not how to improve the quality of one that he already has.

As a long-time non-Aerosmith fan, I'm not really qualified to answer, but I'm sure we have some fans here.......

Live Bootleg is good...early live stuff. And their 2 cd set A Little South Of Sanity rocks as well...newer songs.
You might also get ahold of a Joe Perry cd....and ....Let the Music Do the Talking........(I love that track....LOUD).

The first album is great bluesy rock.  I'd say you can't go wrong with any of their next three albums (Get Your Wings, Toys in the Attic, and Rocks).  They are all classic classic rock.  Draw the Line isn't bad either, but the first four are in another league.  You have some fun listening ahead of you...
