anyone have any experience with the belles 21a tube preamp, with or without the auracap upgrade?

I owned one quite a while back, first without the Auricaps, then I installed them.  It was much better sounding with the Auricaps, and I preferred it to a BAT VK-51SE at that point in time, in that system.
