Very nice.  Is that gray grill cloth?  I thought they would be black.  I guess I will be receiving mine soon.  :thumb:

I just got back in the office and was getting ready to upload these pics and Voila!  they're already here.

Even though the photography is not the best (partly in the sun and partly in the shade) these speakers look fantastic.

The appearance of the "grey" grill cloth is due to the sun shining on the upper woofers.

It's a $199 Kodak point and shoot for crisssakes.  OK, I'll get that 8 megapixel SLR I've had my eye on.

This is the same finish as the RM 30's on display at RMAF next week in the Bolder Cable room, 1009.  That system has a powered Larger Sub, and the speakers are Supermax OXO. Source is Wayne's modded Squeezebox and power is from the Musica Bella tube amps.  I'm looking forward to the visitor response from our display.

Those speakers look real nice! :thumb:

I've been experimenting a lot since I've started using a digital camera. Try playing with shooting modes, portrait, landscape etc... and setting, rather than the default auto setting. You'll start to familiarize yourself with it and see how much better results you can get without necessarily going to more megapixels. It takes a little time, but a huge difference in color and image quality.

Cheers

Actually I was just pointing out that as good as the pics are, the "in person" view is much better and that the sun/shade was causing the grey/black grill perception.

They do look sweet. aa

I look forward to seeing and hearing them next week.

I know that the speakers are being paired with an excellent source/amplification combo, so it should be good.
