Hi, Guys, I need some inputs.
I'm looking for CDP either NOS CDP or OS CDP, but i have several questions that confuses me
1) Will it make any improvement if i buy a NOS CDP with outboard NOS DAC? I'm thinking to buy Consonance CD 120 linear and upgrade it soon with Audio Mirror NOS DAC or any NOS DAC in the market.
2) Or another alternative: buy OS CDP(24bit/96khz) or (24bit/192khz) with outboard NOS DAC or buy NOS CDP with outboard OS DAC(24bit/96khz) or (24bit/192khz).
As far as i know the NOS CDP with outboard OS DAC either 24 bit/96 khz or 24 bit/192 khz, the signal will be upsampled to one of those frequency allright?
3) What happen if buy NOS CDP with outboard NOS DAC? how will it work because both doesn't upsample the bit rate?
Has anyone tried with one of those combination?
For OS CDP I'm considering Exposure 2010S or Rega Apollo, both CD players has gotten good review in the magazine and website, does anyone have one of those CDP and
combine with outboard NOS DAC?
