Please recommend a setup which makes RBCD's sound like SACD

I have a budget pioneer universal player.  My SACD's and DVDA's totally blow away the RBCD's.  I have a H/K 7200 reciever.   Can anyone recommend a transport + DaC or CDP that will play CD's without the metallic edge.  My budget is limited

Try the DAC AH from GR Research.  Great redbook playback at $175 shipped.  Does away with much of the hard digital sound.
