Partsconnexion is having a sale until May 31.  15% off pretty much everything they have in stock.  

I am going to save myself into the poor house!  Good time to get those Jensen 4 poles.

That should cover the shipping.

The only thing I don't like about ordeing from Parts Connexion is the shipping. If the order is shipped via Canada Post it takes about 2 weeks to arrive. I'm usually too impatient for that and have to spring for FedEx. On the bright side, they seem to charge only actual FedEx rates and not use it as a profit center.

That's the beauty of having ideas but no time to implement them!    I can wait while they ship.  But actually, PC shipped my last order (also 15% off, during april fools or something like that) in less than a week.  Of course they sat on the order for 3 weeks before shipping.    I called them and they said it was because they got hammered with orders.  It was a 3 day sale iirc.

 Thanks Josh for the FYI on the sale!   Hmmmm.... I think maybe it is time for me to tinker with my pre-amp again. A new big film cap and a can of Elna in the PSU would be nice
