I maybe able to pick up a pair of Atma Sphere M 50 mono blocks in original condition...I am sure they have not been upgraded,etc...I was told they "work" fine...Physical condition is very good, no box or manuals...Price is going to be around 1K for the pair...Need to know is it a good deal, are they worth it,etc.?Any help or comments would be appreciated...

That's a very good deal. You can get information and a manual by contacting Atma-Sphere, and you might also post on the OTL Asylum on Audio Asylum. Basically you need to set the bias and DC offset on them, swapping tubes around as needed.
