Brian-
If I am lucky, opening day in Mongolia will be in late June.  Don't hold your breath.  Here is the URL for the only theater in town. http://www.tengis.mn/index2.php?lang=eng  Most movies there are Korean.
But then I see that Japan gets it in September.

I could see it next Wednesday if I felt like it. But I'm watching it at that particular theater at that particualr time for a few reasons.

And besides, you probably will pay a lot more for your tickets than I did  :P (check the price  )...

Yeah, love making a phone call and getting the tickets taken care of.

I guess my tickets for last nights show woulda been at least $40. Not sure as I quit paying attention to what tickets cost a couple of years ago...

Why would anybody pay $40 for any movie, let alone X-Men?   :o

Not like the movie would be ruined if you knew the plot or the ending!

Anyway, what did you think of the movie?

I gotta say I rather enjoyed last nights movie going experience.

I had a fairly good theater to see it in.

The audience was great. That's how all audience's should be.

The previews were awesome. They were themed well for the movie (yes, they actually put some thought & effort in the preview selection & order of the previews) and went over very well with the audience.

And the movie was very enjoyable. I came close to actually buying tickets for the next show and seeing it again! And I pretty much only ever buy tickets for IMAX shows since I can't get those for free...

Oh, and if you're seeing X-3 this weekend or anytime soon, DON'T GET UP WHEN THE CREDITS START! STAY UNTIL YOU'VE SEEN THE SCENE AFTER THE CREDITS!

If you're referring to knowing what should happen because you'd read the comics then it wasn't a problem. I'd read at least 10 years worth of X-Men comics and knew what happened in most of the rest of the stuff that I'd not read. And that didn't ruin or spoil much on my part. In fact I'm glad I'd read them as I knew what was going on when something wasn't explained very well or even at all. I caught a few things that were in the film that weren't even discussed on screen. But if you were familiar with the comics then you knew what they were and what they do or could mean.

A pretty good summer popcorn flick...plenty of action to keep you interested for the 90 minutes....I'm not a fanboy of X-Men but still enjoyed the series.

I did stay for the post credits...interesting.

Oops!  I thought you meant people were paying $40 per ticket to get in and see it first.

Yup, I was referring to having read the comics previously.

Not my best posts today.  Was up too late listening to the new amp.
