I am helping one of my good customers out with moving some of his old equipment. I currently have has his old Aragon 8008 and Aragon Soundstage pre-amp. Both units are in good shape and I would like to sell both together, but will split them up. Klipsch Audio now owns Aragon and there may be a possibility to order upgrade cards from them, but I have not checked myself yet.

The 8008X5 amplifier combines the quality of the 8008BB, and 8008X3B amplifiers into a single chassis. Housed in the massive 107 pound chassis are 5 channels of 8008BB balanced amplifier modules. A single 2500VA transformer powers all five channels with 200 WPC into 8 ohms, amd 400 WPC into 4 ohms. The 8008X5 is suitable for both audio and video systems, and when combined with a preamplifier/processor like the Aragon Soundstage can offer quality audio and home theater simultaneously from the same setup.The amplifier provides single ended inputs as well as balanced inputs for all five channels, allowing the amplifer to be placed in a remote location if necessary.
The amplifier for auction has been used as a demo unit for Klipsch and is in excellent condition.
