Power J-FETs

Power J-FETs have resurfaced after 30 years absence (Sony and Yamahah used them).  They purportedly have some characteristics that are superior to MOS-FETS, i.e. much less capacitance, more linear.  Have you looked into using them in your circuits?

I have no information on power J-Fets yet.  Can you point me to a data sheet on them?
