Ot on Burn in?

If you are burned in and have to unplug the amp for whatever reason do you have to start over or just for the caps to get charged?

Had a nasty thunder storm when I was burning in.  My wife turned everything off and then unplugged from the wall.  I was a little ticked when I came home and noticed a couple days later.  I had been out of town and thought holy crap.  I have to start all over.

Does anyone here have any low cost ICs that they are willing to part with?  I still have not found any and am still usisng a pair of AR that were about $10 and another no name ic that was included in my preamp purchase.  Impact accoustics is what I have looked into because they are cheap and my cousin is thier web designer/host.

Any thoughts

You don't go back to 'square 1' with the burn-in if you've unpowered, but the caps will be re-charged upon power up.
