Cable revisions.... Attenuator.... AC cables

Well I was going to use a combination of 89259 with some solid core stuff for the ground. That was going to be for the interconnects, with Bullet plugs. Then I was going to use it for speaker wire as well....

I have not been able to get a good price so it has become a little expensive in the end with the excessive amount needed for interconnects basically. Also there is a lot of extra costs and labor involved.

I am not trying to decide on what to use instead for the both. I was looking at VH's cotton insulated stuff.... They have a weird way to wrap it around, that I do not particularly see to be bennificial because it is just going in circles.... I would need about two 25 rolls of it. Any ideas how else to run the stuff? No real reason to twist that I can think of....  They do not cross so it can not cancel any extra induced noise.

Other recommendations for speaker cables? I was just planning on some simple spades or some thing on the end, nothing fancy in particular, just some thing that is for sure copper.

Also I am trying to decide on what attenuator I want to use.... Marchard has a 24 position stereo one for $75.... With an extra $75 I could go to the Welborne unit, but that is a lot of money. Damn cool with a controller though. I have seen a few other similiar ones to the Marchard but I forget where at...

Recommendations on AC power cords? I was looking at the fancy Belden shielded stuff on Parts Express but at almost six a foot it would be like $90. I tried doing some braiding with 5 strands but found out that is impossible unless you have nice and pliable wire....
