In the Ref 8B can Nordost Z/banana plus fit, or do I need to re terminate them?  Also, I've had an Audio Research 150.2 amp in my system at 150W per ch.  Will the Ref 8B be enough power for my Paradigm Studio 20 speakers?  Thanks for any info!
