Anyone tried these? These are supposed to be true online dual conversion UPS (AC-DC-AC). They seem to be available reasonable priced (much less than MSRP). It states a true sinewave, but they list a 2% THD. They state that as maximum, but it still seems high. Most of the other UPS THDs seem to be even higher, but stuff like PS Audio and Audiophile APS gear quotes a 0.1% THD.
Is the 2% something to be concerned about really though? Since this is an online UPS it will always be present so if 2% will sound awful then they won't work at all. However if 2% maximum isn't that bad, or if they are just covering themselves and its nowhere near 2% then this should be a great audio piece shouldn't it?
