You know guy's maybe its just me, but I really cannot imagine how a cable could ever be so expensive. I mean just just copper wire and a terminator. Even though they are made very well, the mark up on these things must be like 200%!!!!

The reciever i've got is a JVC ES1 and it does have the analog 5.1 input so im set there. Just need to find some freakin cables that aren't so expensive but are worth a damn.

In that price range (and for quite a bit more, IMO) I don't believe you can beat the Outlaw PCA interconnects. You can get 3 pairs of 0.5m IC's for $90, an excellent price for some very good cables. I have 7 pairs in my systems and they beat out several much more expensive cables to get there.

I got a bunch of these lying around.  PM me if you want them for half price.  I still use them for my HT with Outlaw pre/pro/amp.  They hold their own with  Outlaw gear, Denon 2900 and Aperion speakers.
