Maybe others would want to share their insight.
My initial encounter of deep cryogenically treating vacuum tubes was several years ago. In my experience, the improvement has been extremely positive and not at all subtle. The performance increases are dramatic, repeatedly outdistancing an equipment upgrade, at a small fraction of the cost. My assertion is that properly processed deep cryogenic treatment is the most cost-effective improvement that can be made to a fine music reproduction system.
Of course, I realize this may not be the outcome enjoyed by everyone, so please, share your perspective. But professional deep cryogenic treatment continues to be the highest recommendation to our customers who are seeking to improve their exsisting system. Of course, we deep cryogenically treat the conductor material in all our products - as the effect is at least as sublime as that of tubes, we will never regress to non-cryogenically treated material.
In other words, for as relatively inexpensive as the deep cryogenic process is, one has little to loose in trying the treatment by experimentation and evaluating the results. If you hear no sonic improvement, you have not lost a great deal.
I cannot say enough about the sonic benefits of cryogenic treatment on quality components.
