Transformer to use an intergrated amp as a headphone amp?

Anybody knows if there exists another transformer then the AntiqueSoundLab UHC to be able to use a regular integrated amp to power headphones when the integrated amp does not have a headphone plug?

Here is the ASL UHC link so you guys know what I mean:

There must be someone else making such a product for a cheaper price and that does not necessarily have a switch with in and out speaker binding posts.  I want something very simple.  This one is really neat but more than what I'd like to pay.

I used to have a inexpensive little adaptor box made by QED that hooked to the speaker cables. However, this was probably 10 years ago. There is this John Risch post on Audioasylum about a resistor network you can build:
