Vacation time is almost here.

This year, my wife and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary.

We thought we would make this year's vacation a little special.

The BOLDER Cable Company will be closed from Thursday July 21, 2005 through August 1, 2005.

We are taking the family on an Alaskan Cruise for 7 days and then spend a little time up in Seattle. My wife's parents, who are celebrating their 50th are coming along with us.

If you wish for me to mod something, please make sure it gets here Monday or Tuesday. Same thing with any orders. Orders can still be placed through the website while we are gone.

I most likely WILL NOT be checking e-mails or the site when we are on board the ship

I will be around through this weekend and through Wednesday for phone orders or e-mail.

Congratulations on your anniversary, my 25th is a year and a half away and I’m thinking the same thing with a Alaskan cruise. Have a great time.

Happy 25th Wayne, my wife and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon, but chose the warmer, southern route...

As the red blooded Canuck, I of course wanted that one!

Thanks for all the kind words.

I will be bringing lots of film for the 35 mm camers. I have a couple of memory cards for the digital still camers. I also picked up about 9 tapes for the digital camcorder

I will try to remeber to post some photos when we get back.

Now you guys need to buy some cables to help pay for the bar tab I am sure to run up

Thanks for posting that for me, Chris.

That is a picture I took when we were at the Hubbard Glacier. The Captain of the Mercury got us fairly close. It was easy to see and hear the glacier calving. Some serious subsonics there

I was in Seattle using my daughter's laptop when I uploaded the picture to the gallery. Bubba stopped by and we went out for a few beverages. I kinda forgot about posting the photos in this thread

While I do NOT like the humidity and all the &#%*@ stairs in Seattle, I do have to say there are some very nice IPAs to be drank

Bubba took me to a McMenamins pub that was pretty nice. Then we went to Hale's. That was one of the best IPAs I have had that I did not make

We then went to Bubba's place where I got a chance to see his fantastic monitor. It looks really small at first, but you can get lost into it's picture better than anything else I have seen.
