Homegrown Audio Silver Lace if it needs to be silver, but I also really like the VH Audio Cryo Pulsar's.  Both offer smooth coherent sound.

My experience with inexpensive silver cables has been that they do not perform as well as comparably priced copper.  Copper has always been more neutral and balanced across the entire frequency spectrum.

I'd go with the VH Audio Pulsar copper interconnects before I'd buy a similarly priced silver IC.

I do use one pair of Revelation Audio Paradise RCA interconnects from my CDP to preamp.

Somebody call.
Well worth the price of admission is the Silver Reference Mk11 ic's from Cryotweeks.
Some say silver can be strident and thin.  Not these babies. beautiful tinkling highs with deep tight bass. Midrange to die for.
I couple these interconnects with the Lowes 6Gauge 19 strand copper wire on my speakers. Glorious.
I am now using some different speaker cables which a customer has borrowed to me and although I love what they do in high frequencies and midrange , I miss the bottom end that the Lowes cable gave me with the silver Reference Mark2's. So whats a guy to do.
BI-AMP with the Lowes  cable on the bottom end, the new speaker cable on the top and the Reference MK2's which I will never change out as they would be very hard to beat and I have no desire to do another search for a great interconnect.
I'll let you know how the biamping goes once  I find the time to give it a shot.
On second thought I will need a longer pair of interconnects.. See what you guys started.   :nono:

Try rolling your own Chris V fine silver interconnects. Detailed instructions on his web site and a source for required materials. I built 2 pair about 2 years ago and have had no desire to change them. 1 pair between CDP and Pre and the other pair between PRE and Monoblocks. Nice smooth sound-no etching highs as some have described silver to sound.

Hi, Well, I'd suggest for about $100,  go to the Guerrilla.com and pick up a set of his cables. For about $125, you can pick up a pair from <www.myaudiocables.com> I have them and they are smooth and detailed and not harsh on the topend.

CarusoRacer,

I use Silver Serpent by Better Cables - both for Balanced XLR interconnects and speaker cables.  They are moderately priced, and I've been happy.

Good luck,
Kevin

Alpha-Core TQ2's can be found for about $130.00 new for 0.5 mtr pair....they have bested all I've had against it over time.

I've been very satisfied with the solid silver ICs from RS Audio, available with either copper or silver Eichmann bullets.  The ICs are very detailed yet smooth and non-fatiguing, and the price is right. And, if the opinions of professional reviewers are important to you, the RS cables have received rave reviews.

They are not shielded, in case that's an issue for your system.

I've never liked cheap silver cables but I've been told by a very credible source that the best affordable silver cables are by Guerrilla.

This reflects my experiences as well. I always hear a pronounced mid and high frequency peak that is really rather irritating when using silver cables. I have heard some hybrid cables that are neutral, but I would avoid silver unless you have some weird mid/high frequency dip and you get really lucky with the cables just happening to flatten things back out.
