you should have zero issues. Should sound just fine. In fact it may sound better.

GENERALLY, output-transformered amps sound (and measure!) a little better when the output terminals are driving a same-or-higher impedance rather than a lower impedance. If you have surplus volume to throw away, you might try the 4-Ohm taps.
