ADCOM ACE-515 Power Conditioner and Sequential Switcher
This power accessory has a valuable function that is difficult to find these days without spending considerably more. Aside from the usual power conditioning and power distribution, it has a sequential switching function. This is a critical function when using power amps in order to prevent the power surge that often creates the "thump" sound when the amps switch on. This unit enables set up for source and preamp to switch on first with amps on after a 10 second delay. On power off, the amps switch off immediately and the source/preamp after 30 seconds. It works by turning on the unit with power switch or by plugging into a switched outlet. One of the photos has the introduction section from the manual that explains in more detail.
Condition is operationally fine. Cosmetics show signs of use with some surface scratches. I have added two three prong adapters with connection to the unit's ground screw. These can easily be removed if not needed.
