Dexter Gordon Montmarte collection lp

I bought a Dexter Gordon  "Both Sides of Midnight" only to find that it's a renamed pressing of Dexter Gordon Montmarte Collection Vol.1--of which I already have a nice copy.
But while looking at the original lp I noticed the spelling of Montmarte was missing a letter... "Monmarte" with a missing T.
How common is this.? I thought perhaps the older copy was a knockoff, but everythng seems original.  I even think the original mastering is superior to the newer Bernie Grundman version.
It seems odd that something as obvious as the title of the album has an error.

Misprints happen more frequently than you might expect, especially on smaller labels. Sometimes they really mess up and stamp one side of the record with music by another artist entirely! But text misprints are more common.  They usually get caught and corrected but not always.
You might check Discogs and see if anyone has reported this --for either LP version

  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Lucky guy, this misprint error edition will have a high value in a few years.

The cover that you show also has a second "r" in addition to the first "t".

I have a large boxed set of Arthur Rubinstein plays Chopin. One of the LPs has side A on both sides. I'd rather have both sides.
