I have 3 of the highly-regarded Sylvania 6201/12AT7 tubes for sale.
The 6201 is the military version of the 12AT7.
All of these tubes test over 100% of new specification on my Sencore tester.

SINGLE SYLVANIA GOLD BRAND 6201   $30
This tube is considered "One of the best USA 12AT7 types ever made" and retails for $60 each.
Tube has 2 micas, the preferred black airplane wing plates, full pale gold logo, and gold pins. 
This is truly a premium tube.  I wouldn't be selling it if I had a mate for it.





PAIR SYLVANIA 6201/12AT7    $20
Tubes have 2 micas, gray airplane wing plates, tall square getters, and just traces of logos remaining.
One tube is labeled 6201 and the other is labeled 12AT7.  Internal construction is identical.





Shipping is $5 for USPS 1st Class or $10 for USPS Priority Mail.
