PinkFaun USB Bridge V2 was used for 12 months in my HQ Player endpoint (no driver needed)..  Includes PCI-e to M.2 adapter if you're using a small form factor mother board.  Also includes the 0.75M pure silver AerO USB cable.  I'm the original owner of both.

Asking $1150  for both but will separate.
