Hello navi:
From the Newark Farnell website,...
'The RK11K1120A4C is a 10kΩ 50mW 1-turn 1-gang horizontal mounting Rotary Potentiometer with screwdriver slot and logarithmic track taper. This is a RK11K series rotary potentiometer features sealed units for flow soldering and bush mounting for overall stability.'
The TKD is logarithmic also. Can you return the 10k TKD for a refund? (Realize it may not be cost effective in terms of the return shipping and just may be easier to order the 50k one elsewhere (and offer the 10k to others with the stipulation of shipping onus is on the receiver/recipient).)
https://www.hificollective.co.uk/catalog/2cp601-dual-taper-potentiometer-p-8595.htmlUm, not entirely sure but one may be able to solder a 40k ohm resistor in series (one for each channel, i.e., left and right) to obtain the equivalent value of 50k ohms.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
Kingsley.
