Introduction

Hi,

I hit upon AudioCircle while looking up DIY AC Power Filter for my gear.
I am an Audiophile for the past 20 years.
I look forward to being a part of this community and gain a wealth of information here.

Introduction my gear

Hi,

I am new here and glad to be a part of the community.
My current Music gear is the following
Wharfedale Linton Heritage Speakers, Melody Dark Valve Amp, Bluesound Node N130 Streamer,  Metrum Acoustics Amethyst DAC.

I also own a Denon PMA 250SE integrated Amp.

I am now looking to build a DIY 230V 50Hz AC power filter for the above and  seeking to gain some great insights here.

Intro Lossless Music

Hi,

I am new here.
Am glad to have come across this community with a rich source of information.
I am based out of India. The only lossless streaming service we receive here is through Apple.
Unfortunately lossless and Hi-Res audio from Apple is only currently only supported using a hardwired connection.

I currently use my iPad running iOS 15.7.5 (as my iPad is a older version) connected to my DAC using Apple Camera connect cable to USB to DAC.

The one issue with this setup, is that there is no option currently to remote control Apple Music on the iPad say through an iPhone. Switch Control and Device Control etc are cluegy solutions.

I also own a Bluesound Node N130 but that again only supports Air Play which is lossy.
I hope to come across alternatives solutions and discuss the same with users with similar issues.
