Can't access the web page for my BDA-3.14
« on: 3 Nov 2022, 04:32 am »
I'm a new user to this forum.

I own a BDA-3.14, which I use as a Roon endpoint. It functions fine as a Roon endpoint, but today I noticed that Roon thinks it's a BDP-Pi. Roon previously did see it correctly as a BDA-3.14.

Perhaps related, when I try to access the device web page through my.bryston.com, it shows up as an available device at that address, but when I click its link to go to the dashboard, I get an empty page (plain white, no text or links at all). I've tried with Safari, Firefox, and Chrome, with the same results. This means I can't access the Manic Moose UI.

I suspect I need to do a factory reset, but how do I do that without access to the web page?

I would greatly appreciate any help. I do plan to call Bryston tech support too.

Thanks.
