I joined AC in 2003, after it split from another HiFi community. I'm back after a long break looking for input on a desktop system I'm putting together for my teenage son. I still daily much of the equipment I purchased based on the influence of AC community members and the manufacturers who supported it in the early days. I've just updated my system profile for the first time in 19 years.
I'm glad this is still a friendly place to discuss the hobby.
