I just finished a new CAD drawing of the X-CS Encore that shows a cut away of the internal bracing.  I think this will produce a very stiff box that should be easy to control the resonance.  Along with No-Rez, it should be very quiet.

I plan on making three of these to be used as a left and right stereo pair and one for a center channel.  I have a set of X-LS Encores on the way from Danny now.

I would be interested in feedback from the forum.

I don't think you can make a box too stiff, and I think tying the baffle into the bracing structure is a good idea as well. My only caution would be to not change volume of box significantly.
