I've owned one of Madisounds KG-5150 subwoofer amps for about 6 years, so the thing is way, WAY out of warranty.

Due to my own stupidity, I ruined the amp's crossover board.  I contacted Madisound to inquire about purchasing a replacement board and they sent me one, no questions asked, completely free of charge!!!  They didn't even charge me for shipping.  WOW... this level of customer service is above and beyond anything I've ever experienced.

Madisound ROCKS!!!        

BTW, I'm not affiliated with Madisound.  I'm just a very happy customer.
