I've seen Shanling,Shengya s10, and Jolida cd players at substantial discounts on Ebay.  Is there a difference between those and the ones shipped here for U.S. retail?

1.     220 Volt units
2.     High shipping cost > $100
3.     High risk, no warranty.

Like Rosconey said there are reputable dealers selling these, you just have to be careful with the other guys.
