Ive been a forum user for nearly 30 years I'd say I belong to nearly 100 different forums all under the same persona as here "owcraftsman". Mostly Tech forums. I'm no stranger to how helpful they can be. Which is why I'm here. I'm not here to pad my post count or troll anyone. If I can be helpful, I will. If I have questions I would hope I'm in the right place to get answers.

I've been in the construction industry since 1982 mostly as a tradesman and currently as a Superintendent of New Residential construction.
My current hobby is a PC enthusiast. I enjoy building, water cooling and overclocking PC's. Before that I was an Avid RC Airplane builder and once won a static judgement for an 1/48th scale A-4 SkyHawk Blue Angel edition at our local yearly Airshow.
My life long hobby I have always been a audio enthusiast going back to my first 8 track player. That progressed to home theater, a beta max and S-VHS, and surround sound. I got one of the 1st 50 Direct TV satellite dish shipped to my local Sears because the tuner promised better video and audio performance. I've always had best bang for the buck equipment even tried Yamaha separate Pre/Pro for a while now I'm back to AVR and Extra Amp.
Suffice to say I love to tinker. I should fit in well here.
The reason I came here is the many videos I have watched recently by GR Research. I came across them due the recent research before buying some Klipsch speakers. I can see Danny rolling his eyes and saying Ohh Klipsch. LOL. I find him highly professional with no BS and very believable based on data and facts. His common sense demeanor is refreshing. The video calling out the so called Audiophiles was epic and I couldn't agree more. Thank You Danny for all your hard work and dedication.
