Excited to join this forum, hoping it may be the catalyst to help me finally take on some speaker upgrades/builds.
Been into audio electronics since before I was a teenager (30yrs ago give or take). Have had/build many different systems in the home, cars, boat, and even jetski. Even did a few basic speaker repairs over the years (ring replacements, soldering broken cables going to terminals...)
Long story short, but I have a bunch of Focal Dome speakers (the older non flax) and 2 Focal Dome Sub's. I love the brightness of them and there soundstage, but of course with only 4" woofers would love a bit more mid bass. I also would love to combine a few into one pair.
Anyhow, looking forward to learning more and meeting folks from the forum.
