M4 or X4?

M4 or X4?

Has anyone heard both that can comment on the differences in the sound? Dome vs AMT and those 12inch woofers. Thanks

I've heard a bunch of speakers, and IMO the AMT is the best tweeter in the world.  I'd vote for the X4.

I concur with Tyson.  The X Series AMT tweeter performs at a very high level above and beyond the price point of these speakers.  I heard the M3 Sapphires and they sound good, but I prefer the X Series AMT tweeter.

Having only heard the M4 I can’t comment on the X4 but know there are reasons beyond tweeter type for choosing one speaker over the other. Perhaps you are already aware of this.  If not a call to Spatial to discuss your situation is time we’ll spent.

Keep in mind also the AMT tweeter has control directivity, so that means its a bit friendlier to rooms that do not have ideal room acoustics.
