I cut a piece of NoRez for an X-LS Encore speakers. 

Not sure if this piece of NoRez will be in the way of the driver

What is the best way to cut NoRez or to shape it once it is in the cabinet, if I want to get it back a little.

You need to remove the foam back 2" from the driver
