I lined each side of the cabinet with No-Rez and am struggling to find the best fit for both pieces of the woofer network on the floor of the cabinet, especially trying to keep the inductors far enough away from each other.

Can anyone who has already done this help me out with some guidance?

I'm a little swamped at the moment so I can't donate as much time as I normally would, but if you email me I'll send you a couple photos.  The options are multiple boards, or a unique layout along the back wall, including around the port hole opening.  I think that back wall is the best option.  The Sony kit is a challenge and should definitely have some type of difficulty disclaimer or instructional aid included. It is a lot to fit in the small box. Between the drivers and rear port tube, it is cramped.

It helps to mount the crossover parts and then install the No Rez.

Thanks Danny, I’ll keep that in mind for the second unit.

It’s actually still pretty perplexing, I’m considering just mounting it to the outside of the back side of the cabinet. Less than ideal but I have no idea if I could remove the NoRez at this point and if possible, would it be reusable?

If you can pull the No Rez back out then you can Silicon it back in.
