This is a good pair of the active Infinity Intermezzo 2.6s, with a 250 watt amp on the woofers providing power and equalization, very solid cast aluminum cabinets and sophisticated electronics. They weigh a hefty 27 lbs. each.
They were $2200 new, and were formerly the monitor from the top of the Infinity line and a "Class A" speaker in Stereophile.

Excellent sound, with great bass to below 40 hz., detailed and powerful, without harshness or edginess.
The RABOS equalization circuit provides a single band equalizer for fine tuning bass. No RABOS kit is included, but they can be tuned by ear if desired or simply run in the flat settings, as I have done.
The fronts and grills are very good, but tops and sides have a number of surface scuff marks, but because of the hard aluminum cabinets there are no deep scratches. A very simple spray paint job would make them look very good if desired.
Operationally, they work very well overall. The only issue is that one speaker does not come out of standby automatically but must be manually switched on. This seems to be a common issue with these.
The original Stereophile review on them is still online.

All in all, a great sounding speaker.
My price reflects the condition and is firm. It is about half the typical used price on these excellent $2200 speakers.
Sorry, no trades. Seattle area pickup only.
Thanks for having a look!
