If I were to create a 2 or 3 way design, could I use the Left, Right, Rear volume controll of a Panasonic Digital Amp to adjust the volume for each driver?

To use the amp with an active crossover you'll need to go in through the analog 5.1 inputs, which won't give you individual volume control for the drivers.

Why would you want to adjust the individual drivers outside the DCX?
