I commissioned a custom set of legs/uprights from Arnold at Core Audio Designs which I used for a 5 shelf MOD style rack. The figuring on these legs is amazing and I really wish I could use them, but I just no longer have the need for a 5 shelf rack. I have decided to spend more for less in as much as I'm downsizing to a top tier integrated amplifier & separate phono stage.
According to my digital calipers, the top shelf opening is 1.54" from the bottom to the open top. The remaining four openings for the rest of the shelves is 1.62". The bottom of the legs are threaded to accept spikes/footers. The threading is M8-1.25.
