SVS PC 4000 added to two channel stereo system

I've been very much enjoying listening to music via a pair of Tyler Linbrook Signature speakers.  They get down to 25hz at the 3 db down point. Still, curiosity got the better of me, and started looking at subwoofers.

After much research,  settled on the SVS PC 4000.   Always thought that cylinder subwoofers made a lot of sense from an engineering standpoint.   Also takes up less floor space.

Wasn't sure what to expect,  but as soon as it kicked in, I knew right away that it was the right decision.   It's amazing just how much filling in the lower octave helps out overall playback. Wasn't hard to set up, thanks to the app which runs on a phone or tablet. Following the guidelines from SVS, employed the low pass filter @ 50hz.  Placed the sub between the speakers on the right,  which seemed to be the best placement.

The PC 4000 allows for both ported and sealed options, which allows the end user more flexibility.

In summary,  couldn't be happier with the performance from the PC 4000.  It makes the Tyler's sound like 30K speakers.
