Napster 2.0 128kb download vs. FM stereo

Just wondering what is better audio quality - Napster 2.0 128kb download or broadcast FM Stereo?

Many radio staions start off playing 128 or 256 mp3s, though then use dynamics compression and clipping to further process the sound. Then throw in any artifacts due to mod-demod equipment and terrestrial affects, it will really come down to a matter of preference(the processing is rather euphonic).

Maybe you had a different perspective in mind asking your question though..:)

Well I have Napster 2.0 and I have a Kenwood L07TII tuner. I was debating what would have the better sound. I like Napster 2.0 for previewing a lot of music but haven't considered it as a music source in my system. FM stereo isn't really high quality either and my location is not always DFQ (dead full quieting). So if I had to make a choice...
