Plays on Tidal website but not on MPD/ BDP 3

Why  can I play an album on Tidal website, but it’s not always available to play on my BDP 3?
Most recently: Zino Francescatti/ Mendelssohn and Bruch on Columbia

I had this happen on my BDP-3.   It always happened when the internet slowed down to around 5 mbps.   I have a 25 mbps isp that is fixed wireless in a rural area.   The issue always seemed to disappear when the bandwidth got better.

Instead of a track list, I get …”tidalplay.pop?___video.flac”
Doesn’t appear to be a problem of bandwidth since it played with online Tidal app minutes earlier.
I used to think the album had been deleted by Tidal but that doesn’t appear to be the reason.
