Not to have a weird start, but being a big Tom Waits Fan for ages, I nicknamed my Loudspeakers Raindog Horns whereas "SwordFish Trombones" could have been an even better name.
As an introduction, living in The Netherlands, being an music addict and audiophile, electronic engineer and DIY-er I design, developed and built many versions of my audio set-up varying for Tube DAC, several tube phono-pre's (the last design is an LCR filtered and probably the last I will ever built, full range ESLs, 300B SET, pe-amps etc.
Vinyl ....a lot, CD's got many but lately played few since streaming got up to the level I wanted.
Current project, next level of updating my dedicated line to the audio system (thicker cabling) and a lot of proto-typing and measurements on power-conditioning.
Reading the audiocircle for many years, but now I thought it's a good moment to really step in
