"The Endless" (2018), another recommended "I have no idea what is going on" mind bending sci-fi film.
Synchronic stars Anthony Mackie as a troubled paramedic searching for answers while responding to mysterious overdoses and deaths. Anthony may look familiar as he has played Sam Wilson/Falcon in the Avenger series, Sergeant JT Sanborn in The Hurt Locker and Papa Doc in 8 Mile.
Nothing happens very fast but if you give Synchronic some time you will be rewarded with a thoughtful sci-fi journey.
