Fantastic PS Audio Directstream DAC. Updated to Windom. I’m the second owner. I picked it up from a local hifi shop that sells used gear about 6 weeks ago. I had been using the Directstream Jr. for a few years. I never thought the Directstream would be that much better, but it is a clear upgrade over the Jr. I’m only selling because a DAC I had been wanting for a while came up for sale a couple weeks after I purchased the DS and I can’t keep both DACs. Wish I could because this is a great DAC too, but when my wife opens the linen closet for sheets and sees a DAC hiding in there I have no choice but to sell it....
Price is $3000 plus a flat $50 shipping in the lower 48. I have the original box, manual and power cord.
The unit functions flawlessly. It has some minor scratches/scuffs on the top gloss black plate that is common with normal usage.
